That old rust bucket
What’s the first thing that you think of when you step inside a lift? “I hope it doesn’t break down” or “I hope no one else gets in it”. We all have a moment like this when stepping in one, it’s natural, even more so when it looks like an old rust bucket!
You’ve bound to have stepped inside one and thought “oh no”, not sure whether you’re going to make it, looking at the interior that clearly illustrates that there has been zero lift service since it’s probably been installed. The lift doors begin to squeak as they close, leaving you inside with what can only be described as a basic tin can, the lift then jolts a little as it begins to take you to your destination and “BANG”, and you’ve reached your floor. That hit when it stops, is enough to put anyone of ever travelling in one again. This is prime example of why lift engineering is important and maintenance should be a regular service, not just when the lift breaks down.
At Sheridan Lifts, we make a date of when you lift is requires lift maintenance and send a letter to our customers so they are aware of when and what time the maintenance is due. We do all the work and all you need to do is make sure you’re in for our lift engineers to arrive.
Most importantly, our lift interior is top of the range, stylish, modern and looks nothing like the home of the Tin Man. We offer a 24 hour service that is available 7 days a week and we’ll make sure that our engineers are on hand for emergency call outs. If your lift requires maintenance or a check over by one of our highly qualified lift engineers, then give us a call today on 0161 203 6299.
Look out for the Sheridan Lifts vans coming to a town near you…
