We have a prestigious new lift maintenance contract in the bag for our new client West London Audi.
The contract will see Sheridan Lifts maintaining 6 escalators and 2 lifts within this large, impressive facility located in Brentford.
West London Audi is the World’s largest Audi centre having opened in October 2009 and is located on Brentwood’s Great West Road next to the elevated section of the M4 as it enters London.
Commenting on the deal, our Lift Service Sales Manager Chris Grailey said:
“We are absolutely delighted to bring these guys on board via our longstanding facilities management clients”
“With it being a prestigious building within close proximity to the M4, this is a real coup for us as a business and we are know that our first class services will lead to fruitful business relationship, now and into the future”
The centre proudly displays some of the manufacturer’s most sought after vehicles (including a Quattro heritage collection) in an extremely stylish setting over five storeys.
When it comes to lift maintenance, Sheridan Lifts look after units in all manner of environments, including those of high dependency including hospitals, factories and schools. Emerging sectors for us include sports stadia, entertainment venues including theatres, shopping centres and museums. There is no setting or environment that we do not already have on our portfolio.
We are prolific domestically too and we also have several large contracts with housing associations and councils to ensure residents are cared for in their own homes, whether they own a stairlift, platform lift or hoist. Our engineers are well versed to working in sensitive environments too such as care homes and within Grade II listed buildings.
At this time of year we also get lots of enquiries for new lifts as our clients make plans for 2020.
