On the back of a very successful year in 2014, we are pleased to have started the New Year as the successful bidders for the replacement of all the lifts in 3 high rise tower blocks.
The buildings are to remain occupied and is set to be challenging. However, our experience in this type of works we believe is paramount in delivering this project on time with little disruption to the tenants.
In Manchester alone, we have just completed the replacement of 15 lifts in tower blocks similar to these.
One project included Sheridan’s as the main contractor responsible for all the building works opening all the floors for Northwards Housing again this block was occupied and relied on careful and conscientious building management, ensuring the residents of the building were kept upto date meaning minimum disruption on such a sophisticated project were achieved.
As well as housing stock, we have carried out the same type of projects for the private sector on ex council stock tower blocks, with our background and library of knowledge we have assisted with the building design offering more to the clients than just a lift installation.
All our installed equipment is open protocol, so no binding contracts for maintenance; once we have completed. This provides the end user with the freedom to choose the service provider of their choice without the worry about penalties or heavy bills as a form of deterrent as you would expect from the national companies.
