Our full-service lift maintenance package.

 

  • 6 or 12 service visits per annum from our engineers to ensure your lifts are safe and legally compliant
  • Access to our 24-hour helpline with a 1-hour callout time in case of lift entrapment and a 4-hour callout time for emergency repairs.
  • Parts covered up to £350
  • A dedicated personal account manager
  • Minor adjustments performed as needed
  • Engineers’ method statements and on-site service reports are provided as standard.
  • Regular cleaning of all equipment, including oiling and lubrication of moving parts and oil systems
