Overview
Sheridan Lifts are seeking a Projects Support Administrator to join our team in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting various operational functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and organisation of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and redirect them as necessary.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Perform general administrative tasks Top of Form
  • Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
