Overview
Sheridan Lifts are seeking a Projects Support Administrator to join our team in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting various operational functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and redirect them as necessary.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Assist with inventory management and procurement processes.
- Perform general administrative tasks Top of Form
- Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent data entry capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
