Sheridan Lifts win another modernisation project for Salford Tower blocks

Sheridan Lifts have won another contract to modernise the lifts for City West Housing Trust.

Although we are not the incumbent service provider for this client, we were the preferred bidder and we are aware this wasn’t just based on price, but service and reputation.

As part of our proposed building management plan one lift will serve the residents whilst one of them is being modernised. This ensures minimal disruption to the occupants and building managers.

Over the past 12 months, Sheridan’s have supplied and fitted 8 new lifts and modernised 10 lifts in Council block and ex Council stock buildings around the Greater Manchester area alone.
