Chris Chadwick joined Sheridan Lifts during the summer of 2011, with little experience in the work-place, and lacking any clear direction as to where he wanted his career to go.

What Chris lacked in experience, he more than made up for with his desire, enthusiasm passion, and commitment to learn. He displayed many attributes and tremendous potential that any potential employer would find beneficial.

Anthony Sheridan, Commercial Director at Sheridan Lifts, decided to offer Chris a position with the company, with a view to finding the correct role for his skill-set.

As Chris had displayed the attributes that Sheridan Lifts were looking for, Anthony quickly realised that in order for Chris to make an impact, he required the necessary training.

Chris spent time with each department of Sheridan Lifts, learning about our field-based operations, our customer service ethos, our live tracking device for engineers, new lift installations, and Chris quickly began to piece together the different elements of the business.

Chris has achieved phenomenal success, securing excess of £50,000.00 worth of repairs orders during his first two months of working in his current role, and has recently started studying for an industry related course, via the University of Northampton.

It was the success of this young man, that switched Anthony Sheridan on to the possibilities, and Sheridan Lifts are pleased to announce the arrival of further Sheridan Academy trainees.
